Dear SPACE,
Please don’t be embarrassed, but ever since our two amazing dates this Fall, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about you. When I’m with you, I feel like, “This is how life is supposed to be, all the time.” Whatever we did - making art in the gazebo, walking in the woods, laughing our heads off in the corncrib, eating the delicious meals you made for us with evident affection and care - I remember with perfect clarity of intense happiness. And I’m not jealous about sharing you, and those happy moments, with everyone else you’re seeing, in fact, they added immeasurably to the experience. I blush to write it, but you have excellent taste. I must go - we leave at daybreak. But tell Emily and the whole crew that they are creating something extraordinary, and are the only people I know doing anything like it, much less so well. The mission of SPACE is generous, wonderful and far-sighted.
